Class Registration & Payment Policy

ALL CLASS FEES MUST BE PREPAID.

Receipt of payment registers you for class. The class confirmation email we send to you constitutes your receipt. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered, we must receive written or email notice no less than five working days prior to your scheduled class in order to credit your payment toward a future class. You may apply the fee toward any similarly priced (or greater) class in the following 180 days. Course fees are nonrefundable.

In the event Novak Birks cancels a class (usually due to insufficient registrations), you will be notified and your registration fee will be refunded or credited to a future training class. Novak Birks assumes no responsibility for other costs incurred relating to a cancelled training class.

TO REGISTER: Fill out the form to the right and submit it. A representative will contact you by telephone to arrange payment.
