We provide work arrangements that help us retain talented professionals and help you balance your personal and professional life. Professionals can request alternative work schedules in the event of unanticipated events while still working full time. Additionally, professionals with two or more years of service may request reduced schedules for a defined period of time. Of course these arrangements are subject to firm and client needs, and while there are no specific eligibility requirements, career advancement potential would be affected by a long-term arrangement.

Professionals receive six weeks of paid child care leave. The firm is not subject to the FMLA regulations but recognizes the need for additional parental leave above the paid six weeks in certain circumstances. The firm works with professionals in these circumstances to accommodate any necessary absences.

Paid Time-Off Programs

The firm provides for a number for paid days off including: traditional paid holidays, sick/personal days, as well as vacation days.
